Shipping
Orders are shipped Every Thursday/Friday.
Free Shipping on all retail orders $100 and up USA + Most of Canada (a small fee of $10 will occur for northern provinces)
Please double check your address! Orders that are returned to us will have a shipping reprocessing fee
Canada
All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post and domestic courier services unless otherwise stated from Vancouver, Canada. Generally these can take anywhere from 1-12 business days depending on province, your area and postal delays. Generally if there is a snowstorm, extreme weather conditions or its Christmas, please expect a delay in your area. If you do not receive your package in 14 days or after scheduled delay please reach out to nailstudio@nailfriendnails.com for assistance. Orders placed to larger cities generally take less time to get to the customer.
As we are using a new postage service, slight variations of shipping may occur in the future.
United States
Our courier brings orders to the United States across the border, generally these can take anywhere from 3-11 business days after leaving Nail Friend.
Cross Border Fees/Duties
After your package leaves and crosses border, it is the customers duty to pay any duty fees that may occur.
Global Orders
Please contact us directly for any global orders with products you wish to purchase and postal information for shipping rates. Serious enquiries only please.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update
Returns:
We pride ourselves in great quality products that follow good manufacturing practices. Due to the nature of cosmetic products we do not accept any returns of orders. If your order comes damaged from shipment and unusable, please contact us directly for a replacement. If you have a concern about the quality of the product due to an error during manufacturing, please reach out to nailstudio@nailfriendnails.com
General Products:
Nail Friend follows good manufacturing practices and only uses the highest quality ingredients. Due to the nature of naturally sourced ingredients slight colour variations may occur. This does not mean your product is unusable.
Please note PAO (Point after opening) guidelines for fresh products. If you use a preserved product after the best before (PAO) point after opening the customer is 100% responsible for any health related issues that may occur. This is the same as if you were to buy something from the store and do this. Products are challenge tested for PAO and it is important to follow these guidelines with any cosmetic good. Strong contamination of product can occur with use after PAO and we strongly suggest not using products after this guideline.
Anhydrous (oil based) products are good for 2 years after opening
